UP: A heart-wrenching accident took place on Ganga Expressway in Simbhaoli police station area of ​​Hapur late on Sunday night. The speeding Thar went out of control and overturned several times. Four youths, including two real brothers, died tragically in the accident, while a 17-year-old teenager is seriously injured. All the youth were residents of Badaun district and were going from Thar towards Delhi.

How did the accident happen at 12 o'clock at night?

This accident happened at around 11:56 pm on Sunday night. Eyewitnesses said that 5 people were sitting in Thar and the speed of the vehicle was 100 to 120 kilometres per hour. Suddenly the car started wavering on the Ganga Expressway. The driver tried to control, but due to the high speed, the Thar went out of control and overturned 5 to 6 times and fell on the roadside. The collision was so severe that the Thar was blown to pieces. The roof of the car broke apart, the bonnet was completely shattered and the glass was shattered. People present nearby immediately informed the police.

Who were the ones who died?

Police said that four people died in the accident. They have been identified as Joginder (26) son of Jhajhan Singh resident of Palpur, Sukhbir (25) and Jaswant (20), sons of Hotilal resident of Mevli, and Ravi (20) son of Karan Singh resident of Purdalpur. Both Sukhbir and Jaswant were real brothers. It is being said that all were friends and were going to Delhi for some work. As soon as the news of the accident was heard, there was mourning in their villages in Badaun and the families are in bad condition, crying.

How is the condition of a young man?

Vishnu (17), son of Giriraj, resident of Palpur, has been seriously injured in this accident. The police immediately took everyone to CHC Sikheda, where doctors declared four dead, while Vishnu was undergoing treatment. His condition is said to be critical.

What action did the police take?

Simbhaoli police had received information about the accident through dial-112. As soon as the information was received, police station in-charge Arvind Chaudhary reached the spot with the team. With the help of a crane, the police removed the damaged Thar from the road so that there was no jam. All four bodies have been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem. The station in-charge said that at present the exact reason for the accident is not clear.

In the initial investigation, high speed and tire burst may be the reason, but the real reason will be known only after the investigation is completed. The police have informed the family members and further legal action is being taken.
