Yogi Adityanath Slams Opposition Over Ram Mandir SIT Probe Criticisms

Ayodhya: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took aim at Arvind Kejriwal. The Delhi chief visited Ayodhya and raised questions about the SIT probe into alleged theft at the Ram Mandir. Yogi fired back at a public rally in Deoria. Yogi said Kejriwal is making accusations because he has nothing else to do. He is trying to damage Ayodhya's reputation, Yogi said.

What Yogi Adityanath had said?

Yogi took a dig on previous Delhi government quoting a 'Sajjan' came from Delhi to visit Ayodhya. He said that what did the people of Delhi get in return? Just Ruin and corruption, that is it. Yogi compared Ayodhya to Delhi. The double engine government, BJP rule in both state and center, has transformed Ayodhya in 9 years. It is shining now, look at that, Yogi added. If AAP had done even half of what the BJP did in Ayodhya for Delhi, Delhi would be shining too.

What he quoted upon 'Faith'?

Yogi said on June 19 he warned people not to play with public sentiment. Ayodhya is sacred and do not attack it. Learn to respect Lord Ram's honor, he said. The SIT report came and the action has started. Anyone who messes with people's faith will face zero tolerance, Yogi warned.

What he said upon Muharram?

Yogi said it is Muharram today and there is no trouble. No weapons are out and no riots occurred. Festivals are happening peacefully and this is because the government maintains order. If anyone tries to cause trouble, they will pay for seven generations, Yogi said.

Who criticizes Ayodhya?

Yogi said the people making accusations have bad intentions. They are the ones who denied Lord Ram even existed. They said he was a myth. These are the same people who opened fire on those chanting "Jai Shri Ram." They started riots on Ram Navami and banned Kanwar Yatra processions. Congress looted and plundered the country. This government promised on day one to give justice. Milk will be milk and water will be water. Now Yogi repeated that warning. Do not test the faith of Ram devotees and do not play games with their beliefs. If you have proof, present it to the SIT, Yogi said.
