Kanpur: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Banda district. 27 year old Mohini lost her life while making an Instagram reel. According to the police, this accident happened at the house of Karuiya Purva on Friday evening. Mohini was pretending to hang herself. The rope was tied to a hook on the ceiling and she was standing on a stool. She put a noose around her neck and started acting. During this, she suddenly lost his balance and his feet slipped from the stool. The noose tightened and within a few seconds his breathing stopped.
Mohini was alone in the room and was recording a reel on mobile. The rope was already tied. She climbed onto the stool and put the noose around her neck. While acting, his feet slipped and the stool fell. Her body hung and she could not save herself.
Her 4 year old daughter came into the room. When she saw her mother hanging, the girl started crying loudly. Neighbors and family members ran after hearing the sound. Initially it seemed like suicide. Later the reel video was found in the mobile. It became clear that an accident happened during the making of the reel.
SP Palash Bansal reached the spot and initial investigation proved it to be an accident. At present the postmortem report is awaited. The woman's mobile was confiscated. The video is being investigated. The family is being interrogated.
Mohini loved making reels on social media. She used to make videos every day. She used to try new acting for likes and views. The family had initially refused, but he did not agree. Now everyone is in shock.
People do risky stunts in the name of trending. Hanging scenes have become common in film style. A small mistake can kill. Many such cases have come before also. The police are continuously warning.
