China CEO Fires Employee For Excluding His Mother From Wedding Over Her Looks

This incident, from China's Henan Province, has left a company owner with a decision that has left many wondering. Cui Peijun, founder and chairman of Henan Kuangshan Crane Company, fired his employee simply because he felt ashamed of his mother. 

According to several media reports, the father of an employee of the company passed away when he was just two years old. After this, his mother struggled to raise him alone. She dedicated her entire life to providing for his son's education, upbringing, and other needs. However, when the time came for his son's marriage, he kept his mother away from the ceremony.

The boss directly questioned the employee, asking why he treated his mother, who raised him after losing his father at the age of two, in such a manner. The employee explained that he took this step out of embarrassment over his mother's looks. When the company owner learned of this, he immediately fired the employee. This incident in China has now sparked a new debate on the internet.

What did the CEO do after firing the employee?

After being fired from his job due to this act, the man could not find work anywhere. After this, he came back and requested his boss Cui, apologizing for his mistake. However, the boss said, 'There is no place for those who cannot respect their mother.' Later, when the man's mother reached retirement age, Cui himself gave her a job in the logistics department of his company so that her old age would be secure.

The story has stirred an emotional conversation online. While some people on social media praised Boss Cui's actions, others argued, "An employee's personal life should be separate from their job, and the boss should not be a moral judge."
