As the festival of colours has come, Delhi Traffic Police has issued a traffic advisory and set up special teams at busy crossings to check for infractions like driving while intoxicated and jumping red lights.According to the advisory, to protect pedestrians and drivers, traffic police have set up elaborate protocols.
