Street vendor's wierd innovation

A street vendor is shown making gulab jamun dosa in a recent video that is doing the rounds on social media. Indeed! It is true, as strange as it seems. A culinary blogger going by the handle Foodpandits posted a video of this peculiar dish on Instagram, sparking responses from several users.

In the video, a street hawker who looks like Canadian musician The Weeknd is seen adding three gulab jamun pieces to the hot dosa batter. After that, he evenly distributes the Gulab jamun balls by smashing them. He then folded it into a triangle shape and added some coconut flakes, cream, and sugar syrup. Finally, the merchant added some more coconut flakes and cream on top of the delectable treat to complete it. "Atrangi Gulab Jamun Dosa," the caption on the video says.

YT and desert!

The food YouTuber did, however, find this peculiarly curious dessert to be enjoyable. The food YouTuber was also seen in the video discussing this odd pairing of the well-known South Indian dish with another well-known dessert with the vendor.
