Nissan Diwali offer (Nissan)

New Delhi: Nissan Motor India is offering exciting Diwali offers. The company is offering free CNG retrofit kits with two of its popular vehicles. Nissan is waiving the CNG retrofit charge on selected variants of the Magnite and Gravite. Customers can avail this offer until November 16, 2026.

How much advantage is there over Magnite and Gravit?

Select non-turbo variants of the Nissan Magnite can be fitted with a CNG kit worth ₹74,999 for free. However, the Visia MT, Visia EZ-Shift, and Visia+ MT variants are not included in this offer. Meanwhile, the Tekna variant of the Gravite is being offered free CNG retrofitment worth ₹85,999. The Gravite features a twin-cylinder CNG setup, with two 25-liter cylinders. This setup has been specifically designed to maintain a 7-seater layout and offer more rear space. The Gravite's CNG kit was launched in May 2026 at a price of ₹82,999, while its current listed price is ₹85,999.

These features will be available in the CNG kit

The CNG system for both cars has been developed and manufactured by Motozen. The Gravite features a Sequential BS6.2-compliant CNG system certified by ICAT. It uses an 8.1mm thick cylinder and Dynamic Advancer technology. The CNG filling point is located under the fuel lid. The driver can switch between petrol and CNG as needed.

According to the company, these government-approved CNG kits will also come with a third-party warranty of 3 years or 1 lakh kilometers. This will be in addition to the car's standard warranty. The Gravite's CNG setup is available through authorized dealerships in 60 cities across 16 states. The Magnite's retrofit price includes the CNG kit, cylinder installation, necessary changes to the RTO and insurance, and the third-party warranty.

Prices start at Rs 5.69 lakh

In India, the Nissan Magnite's ex-showroom price starts at ₹5.69 lakh, while the Gravite's ex-showroom price starts at ₹5.73 lakh. Through this offer, the company aims to make the CNG option available to more customers in both low-cost cars.

Patrol to debut in India

Nissan may launch its largest SUV, the Patrol, in India. Reports suggest it could enter the market in 2027. Globally, the Patrol is available with a 3.8-liter V6 and a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 petrol engine. No official information has been released regarding which engine will arrive in India. This will be the company's flagship SUV, competing against the Toyota Land Cruiser LC300.
