Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has announced that it will pass on the full benefits of the recent GST rate cut to its customers. The move comes after the government introduced GST 2.0 at the 56th GST Council meeting on September 3, 2025, led by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. These price benefits will be available for Toyota’s ICE vehicle range starting September 22, 2025. Varinder Wadhwa, Toyota’s Vice President of Sales and Service, called the GST reform a historic step. He said it will make Toyota cars more affordable for buyers and strengthen confidence in the auto industry. With the festive season approaching, the company expects this move to boost demand for its vehicles.

Toyota Welcomes GST Reform

He stressed that the company is committed to offering world-class mobility at better prices and supports reforms that increase demand, improve access to mobility, and create widespread satisfaction while promoting sustainable and inclusive growth for India.
