RRB Group D Admit Card 2026 Released Today: Check Download Steps, Exam Pattern And Selection Process

New Delhi: RRB Group D examination admit cards have been released today. The Railway Group D computer-based test (CBT) exams are set to begin on 3 August 2026. The exam is conducted to fill 22,195 seats in the Railways. The examination cities have already been allotted to the candidates. According to the revised schedule, the examination will be conducted from 3 August to 25 August.  The candidates will have exams on a total of 16 days,i.e., from 3 August to 6 August, 9 to 14 August, 17 to 21 August, and 25 August.

What is the process to download the RRB Group D exam admit card?

1. Open the RRB portal.
2. Click on the RRB Group D admit card 2026 link for CEN 09/2025.
3. Fill in your registration number, date of birth, or password.
4. Complete the captcha verification if required.
5. Submit your details to access your admit card.
6. Download the PDF of the admit card and take a printout of it.

Which documents are required at the examination centre?

According to RRB, the candidates must bring two Original ID Proofs. One of the IDs should be the one submitted during the initial form filing. The candidates are advised to ensure that their Aadhaar account in the UIDAI system is unlocked.

What is the selection process for RRB Group D examination?

The selection of candidates will be done based on a single computer-based test (CBT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). The candidates clearing the CBT exam will be called for the PET test. After the PET test, document verification and medical examination will take place.

What is the pattern of the Railway Group D CBT exam?

• Duration of CBT exam- 90 minutes
• Total number of questions- 100
• General science- 25 questions
• Mathematics- 25 questions
• General intelligence and reasoning- 30 questions
• General awareness and current affairs- 20
• Negative marking- For every wrong answer, one-third of the marks will be deducted.

What is the minimum passing percentage for every category in the Railway Group D CBT exam?

• UR- 40 per cent
• EWS- 40 per cent
• OBC (non-creamy layer)- 30 per cent
• SC- 30 per cent
• ST- 30 per cent

Marks normalisation will be done in the CBT exam. For the PET, the number of candidates will be three times the total number of seats.
