This film also clashed with Hrithik Roshan's 'War 2' at the box office. This film starring Nagarjuna, Shruti Hassan, Aamir Khan, Soubin Shahir, Sathyaraj, Upendra and Rachita Ram proved to be the biggest blockbuster of 2025. This film, which earned Rs 514 crore worldwide, has become a hit as soon as it hit OTT on September 11, 2025. You can watch 'Coolie' released on Prime Video in Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu and Tamil languages. It may take time for the Hindi version of the film to release on OTT.
According to the report of SaccNilk, this multi-starrer film collected Rs 284.47 crores in the Indian box office. At the same time, it earned 514.65 crores worldwide. Made in a budget of 350 crores, this film received mixed response from the audience and critics. The amazing thing is that Lokesh Kanagaraj paid tribute to Thalaiva Rajinikanth by releasing the power packed mass entertainer 'Coolie' on 14 August.
The story of this film revolves around superstar Rajinikanth's character Deva who takes revenge from Simon (Nagarjuna) for the death of his friend Rajasekhar (Sathyaraj). During this, he also comes to know about his real daughter Preethi (Shruti Haasan). However, he hides the truth from Preethi that Rajasekhar was not her father.
