Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram welcome their first child (Instagram)
Mumbai: Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram on Tuesday announced the arrival of their first child, a baby girl. The actor shared the joyous moment on social media with two photos and also revealed why the day is extra special for the family.
Just a day after posting dreamy pregnancy photos, the couple shared the news of the arrival of their first child on social media.
Randeep while sharing the news also revealed hat their daughter arrived on a day that already meant alot for the family. The celebrations are double for the family as the newborn girl shares her birthday with Randeep Hooda's father, Ranbir Hooda.
Taking to Instagram, the actor shared two pictures from the day with the caption, "Dada aur poti ne janamdin ki ghaniya badhai. Today, as I become a father, my appreciation for you has only grown deeper, Papa. And most importantly - Lin, thank you for making me a father and for bringing our little girl into this world. A little girl and a lifetime of love."
On Monday, couple had shared a series of beautiful maternity photographs. In one of the pictures, Randeep can be seen lovingly placing his hand on Lin's baby bump while the two exchange a heartfelt smile.
On November 29, Randeep and Lin announced that they are set to embrace parenthood. While sharing the news on social media, the couple wrote in a joint post, "Two years of love, adventure, and now... a little wild one on the way (with Tiger Face, red heart and infinity emojis)."
The couple got married on November 29, 2023, in Imphal, Manipur, in a traditional Meitei (Manipuri) wedding ceremony.
