Iran: The situation in Iran seems to have been continuously worsening for the last two weeks. Protests are taking place in different parts of the country, due to which the pressure on the government has increased. The number and anger of people taking to the streets has made Tehran's regime uneasy. Meanwhile, there is also a strong discussion that if the situation worsens further, there can be a direct impact on the government.
Regarding these demonstrations, it is also being said that external forces can further instigate the situation. America has openly indicated that it is keeping an eye on the situation in Iran and can play a role if needed. Such statements have further increased the concern of the Iranian government.
In this environment, a shocking claim has come to light regarding Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Israeli media, quoting a British newspaper, have said that Khamenei has prepared a separate plan for emergencies.
According to the report, if the situation goes completely out of hand and there is a danger of the government falling, Khamenei has already worked on a plan to go to Russia. It is being said that this decision has not been taken suddenly, but with full preparation.
It is being said that along with 86-year-old Khamenei, his family, some trusted associates and about 20 very close people are involved in this possible escape plan. The name of his son Mojtaba is also being mentioned in this list, who is considered his successor. It has also been claimed in the report that there are preparations to take away a large amount of money.
Israeli intelligence expert Benny Sabati says that there is no safe option left for Khamenei except Russia. He has been praising Russian President Vladimir Putin for a long time, and relations between the two countries are also considered very close. Apart from this, due to cultural similarities, Russia may be a comfortable place for them.
This claim is being compared to that of former Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, who fled to Russia after the power crisis in 2024. It is said that Assad is now living a peaceful and safe life there. However, it is difficult to say anything definite about what will happen next in Iran.
