Islamabad: Pakistan-backed terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba has once again spewed venom against India. Saifullah Saif, the Lashkar chief in Bahawalpur, has threatened India while addressing a gathering of LeT cadre.
During his speech, Saifullah Saif called for jihad against India and evoked the so-called prophesy of ‘Ghazwa-e-Hind’ (a prophesied holy war against India). The terrorist leader not only used inflammatory language against Indian leaders but also directly targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Addressing a public gathering in the presence of hundreds of terrorists, Saifullah Saif said that the time for jihad against India had arrived. Using highly objectionable language, he called Indian leaders infidels and openly threatened to kill them.
The terrorist Saifullah also directly challenged the nations who have imposed sanctions on Pakistan. He claimed that even if the entire world comes togetherto challenge it, the Lashkar-e-Taiba would never back down from its ‘Kashmir mission’.
"Those who call us terrorists and impose sanctions on us should listen, we will never back down from our mission of freeing Kashmir and Palestine," he said.
Following the emergence of this video of the Lashkar terrorist, Indian security agencies have become vigilant. Experts believe that such open threats from a public platform reflect Pakistan's desperation after being isolated internationally.
The open promotion of terrorism from Pakistani soil once again exposes Islamabad's claims of curbing terrorist organizations.
It is worth noting that Hafiz Saeed's close associate and Lashkar's deputy chief, Saifullah Kasuri (alias Saifullah Khalid), also spewed venom against India in December 2025 in front of thousands of supporters.
During his inflammatory speech, Kasuri said that India made a big mistake in Operation Sindoor, as it only targeted terrorist hideouts.
US government documents have revealed new layers of Pakistan's anxiety that it felt during India's military action in May 2025. After Operation 'Sindoor,' the tremendous lobbying done by Pakistan in Washington has now become a part of the record. It is clear from these files that Islamabad tried to put extraordinary pressure on America to stop India's military advance.
India gave a strong response after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, in April 2025. As the military action intensified, Pakistan feared that the situation might go out of its control. This fear forced him to knock on the doors of Washington.
Papers filed under the US Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) show that Pakistani diplomats and defense officials tried to contact more than 60 influential people in the US. This includes names related to the administration, Congress, the Pentagon, and the media.
