Putin’s Alleged Secret Daughter Breaks Silence on Ukraine War, Says “My Life Is Ruined” (Image Source: Social Media)
For the first time, the secret daughter of Russian President Vladimir Putin has broken her silence on the Ukraine war. Through a social media post, 22-year-old Elizaveta Krivonogikh spoke about the man who, without naming him directly, ruined her life. In the same post, she held that person responsible for the war in Ukraine, saying he has destroyed the lives of millions.
Elizaveta, also known as Luiza Rozova, currently lives in Paris and has studied fine arts there. In her social media post, Luiza targeted Putin without naming him. In the other note, she wrote, “Showing my face to the world again feels liberating.
Luiza, born on March 3, 2003, in Saint Petersburg, is widely believed to be the daughter of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Svetlana Krivonogikh, a woman who once worked as a cleaner and allegedly had a secret affair with him. Her possible connection to Putin came to light in 2020 through investigative reports critical of the Kremlin. As reported by The Sun, her mother experienced a sudden rise in wealth after Luiza’s birth, sparking theories that Putin may have provided financial support to keep the relationship hidden.
Luiza previously had several social media accounts and was seen travelling across the globe in private jets. However, just before Russia’s war with Ukraine began, all her accounts were deactivated. Her daughter graduated in June 2024 from ICART School of Cultural and Art Management. After leaving Russia, Luiza expressed sadness on a Telegram channel, saying she could no longer roam around Saint Petersburg or visit her favourite places.
It is reported that Luiza works at two Paris-based art galleries—El Galerie in Belleville and Espace Albatros in Montreuil. Both galleries are known for hosting anti-war exhibitions. In her role as a gallery manager, she helps organise shows and produce videos. However, Luiza’s attempt to find a place within Paris’s dissident art circles has faced resistance.
Artist Nastya Rodionova, who fled Russia in 2022, recently released a statement declaring that she has severed ties with both galleries associated with Luiza. In a Facebook post, she wrote, “Of course, children are not responsible for their parents' crimes. But now that the war has escalated, it doesn’t feel right to stay connected with someone from a family that benefits from the Putin regime.
Luiza responded in her defence, writing, “Am I really responsible for the sins of my family?” Dmitry Dolinsky, who oversees Albatros and El Galerie, defended her, saying, “She may look like Putin, but so do a hundred thousand others. I haven’t seen a DNA test, but Luiza is a good employee.” Earlier, in 2023, the UK imposed sanctions on Luiza’s mother, Svetlana, and Russian media has often named her among Putin’s close associates.
