International News: Russian President Vladimir Putin has built a huge spying center to keep an eye on NATO. This has been revealed by satellite images and open-source research. According to the pictures, this spying center is being built in the Kaliningrad region. That is, the same area that is Russia's semi-exclave between Poland and Lithuania, both of which are NATO members.

This project, which has been going on for two years, is now almost complete. The pictures show that the structure being built here is like a Circularly Disposed Antenna Array (CDAA). The CDAA system is a master of radio intelligence. It can intercept radio messages from enemy countries, track their activities, and even send messages to submarines.

Why is NATO afraid?

According to a report by Newsweek, Kaliningrad is already considered the most militarized area in Europe. Russia has deployed missiles, radars, and naval bases here. Now with this new spying center, Russia will be able to directly intercept the communications of NATO countries. Experts believe that this base will not only spy on NATO but will also be able to better communicate with Russian submarines stationed in the Baltic Sea and the North Atlantic.

The size of the spying center is shocking

Analysts say that the size of this spying structure is much larger than any existing CDAA. It is estimated that the antenna circle extends up to about 1,600 meters. In the pictures, many circular circles, pits dug for antennas, and a thick security wall are clearly visible.

If we compare the satellite images, the difference is clearly visible. Where there was a dense forest in 2023, the land is now flat. Round circles have been made, and security walls have been erected all around. By August 2025, six different antenna rings had been built, meaning the work was rapidly in its final stage.
