International News:Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, at the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly, strongly refuted US President Donald Trump's allegations of war funding against India. Trump had claimed that India and China were funding the Ukrainian war through Russian oil imports, but Zelenskyy denied this and said that India was largely on his side.

Issues can be resolved with diplomatic efforts

Zelenskyy clarified that there are some problems in energy terms, but these issues can be resolved with dialogue and diplomatic efforts. He said, "India has said that buying oil from Russia has described its national energy security and economic interests. It does not mean that it is against us."

He also appealed to Europe to strengthen relations with India, not isolated it. Jailonsky said, "We should not back down from Indians. India stands with us, and we have to understand it."

Pressurize Russia to prevent war

At the same time, Zelenskyy also appealed to China to pressurize Russia to prevent war. He said that China is not a direct partner in this struggle, but has given help to Russia through weapons and energy. He said, "If China really wants to stop war, it can pressurize Putin. Russia is now very much dependent on China, yet China often remains silent."

Trump also took aim at NATO and other countries and warned that if Russia is not forced into peace talks, the US could impose heavy tariffs on countries trading with Moscow. India defended its oil imports, saying that European countries also engage in similar transactions, so targeting only India is a double standard.

Appealed to Europe

Zelensky's statement was completely opposite to Trump's criticism. He appealed to Europe to form strong diplomatic and economic relations with India. Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio tried to reduce this diplomatic tension.

Thus, the case was clearly made at the UN General Assembly that India is largely with Trump in the Ukraine war, according to Zelensky, despite Trump's stated claims, and that Europe should increase cooperation with India rather than isolate it.
