Ambani Family Seeks Blessings at Lalbaugcha Raja, Radhika Merchant Impresses in Desi Look (Insta@viralbhayani)
Mumbai: Amidst the Ganpati festival, the Ambani family once again reached the court of the famous Lalbaugcha Raja of Mumbai. Mukesh Ambani came to see Bappa with his younger son Anant Ambani and daughter-in-law Radhika Merchant. The traditional style of all three was seen, but during this time Radhika's ethnic look especially attracted the attention of the people. In the combination of turquoise kurta and pink palazzo, Radhika chose a look in which modern style was visible along with tradition.
For the darshan of Lalbaugcha Raja, Radhika wore a turquoise colored kurta that was slightly above the knees. The cut of the kurta was of a light Anarkali style, but its shorter length made the entire outfit more modern. The kurta had intricate embroidery in golden and pastel shades, which stood out more in the light.
With this she chose a bright pink wide-leg palazzo. The contrast of both the colors was the specialty of this entire look. The combination of turquoise and pink gave the outfit a festive as well as fresh look.
The most attention on Radhika's kurta was its neckline and border detailing. The V-neck was decorated with fine zari and thread work. Similarly, similar embroidery was done on the cuffs of the sleeves and the hemline of the kurta.
There were small boots all over the kurta. Due to this, despite a lot of work going into the outfit, it did not look excessively heavy. The golden detailing gave it a festive touch for special occasions like Ganpati darshan.
Radhika wore a wide-leg palazzo with a kurta that featured light stripes and golden detailing. The border and motifs at the bottom also made the pants special.
Another special thing about this outfit was that Radhika did not take a dupatta with it. Despite this, the designing of the kurta and palazzo was so detailed that the entire look did not appear incomplete.
Radhika did not keep the jewelry too heavy. She wore a long statement neckpiece and matching earrings. The length of the neckpiece was such that the neckline of the kurta was clearly visible and the jewelry also stood out.
The hair was tied back with a middle parting. Accessories were used to give a traditional touch to the hairstyle. This balance was visible in the entire look, where both clothes and jewelry did not overpower each other.
Along with Radhika, Mukesh Ambani and Anant Ambani were also seen in traditional clothes. Mukesh Ambani wore a dark blue half jacket with white kurta-pajama. Anant Ambani was seen in bright orange silk kurta-pajama and wore a printed half jacket with it. The attire of all three looked completely traditional as per the occasion of Ganpati darshan.
The easiest fashion tip we get from this look of Radhika is that one can experiment with colors in ethnic clothes. A brightly colored bottom with a light or cool toned kurta can make the whole look different. If the neckline of the kurta already has heavy embroidery, then it is better to keep the jewelry a little balanced.
Many traditional looks of the Ambani family have been revealed during the Ganpati festival. Even before this, Radhika was seen in different ethnic outfits, whereas during Ganpati immersion, she chose a pink traditional outfit.
