Diarrhea, or "the runs," is when you experience loose, watery stools and feel the urgent need to have a bowel movement multiple times a day. Acute diarrhea occurs when the condition lasts for 1 to 2 days. You might experience diarrhea due to a viral or bacterial infection you acquired via somethign you ate or drank. Due to diarrhea, there is lack of water in the body due to vomiting and diarrhoea, due to which problems like excessive weakness, fatigue, dizziness, headache, irritability start occurring in the body. For now, to treat diarrhea, what should be done to avoid diarrhea and what things should be avoided.
Rotavirus is considered to be the main cause of diarrhea. This is a gastrointestinal infection, which causes swelling in the stomach and intestines and causes severe diarrhea. Consuming street food, excessive consumption of frozen food, not taking care of hygiene, etc. can also cause diarrhea, because the risk of diarrhea increases due to parasite, bacterial or viral infection.
