Sattu sharbat

Put sattu in a glass and make a paste by adding water. Now add black salt, plain salt, cumin powder, green chilli, mint leaves and lemon juice and mix well. Your salty Sattu Sharbat is ready. Now put it in a glass and put mint leaves on it. If you want to cool it more, you can add 3 to 4 finely crushed ice cubes in it.

Spice and tangy sattu drink

To make this, put 3 spoons of Sattu in a glass and mix it well. If you want, you can also use a blender for this. With this the Sattu will completely mix with water. Now to add flavor to it, add half spoon dry mango powder and equal quantity of cumin powder and mix it well....
Apart from this, add mint leaves and lemon juice and mix it well. Now add salt and coconut sugar as per taste and mix. This will help in making the taste of Sattu sweet and sour. Now after this, garnish it with chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.

Sattu Buttermilk

Drinking both buttermilk and sattu is considered beneficial in summer. In such a situation, you can also make Sattu buttermilk and drink it. For this, put buttermilk in a vessel and add sattu, roasted cumin powder and black salt. After this blend it with a blender. Now pour it in a glass, add chopped onion and green coriander over it and serve this delicious Sattu Buttermilk.
