Prateek Yadav Death Live Updates: Sad news related to the family of Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has come to light. Prateek Yadav, younger son of former UP Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav, died on Wednesday morning at the age of 38.
BJP MP from Gorakhpur, Ravi Kishan, expressed his condolences on the passing of Prateek Yadav. He described it as a deeply tragic event, noting that he was a very gentle and cultured individual. He prayed that God grant strength to his family and grant the departed soul a place at His feet.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived at Aparna Yadav's residence and paid tribute to her husband, Prateek Yadav. Finance Minister Suresh Khanna accompanied Chief Minister Yogi; he, too, paid his respects to Prateek Yadav.

The Postmortem Report from King George's Medical University in Lucknow of Prateek Yadav lists cardiorespiratory collapse due to massive pulmonary thromboembolism as the cause of death, mentioning six "antemortem" (before death) injuries found on his body.
The funeral of Prateek Yadav, brother of Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, will be held on Thursday (May 14) at 12:30 PM. The last rites will take place at Pipra Ghat.

Responding to inquiries regarding the alleged discoloration of Prateek Yadav's body, Dr. Devesh Chandra Pandey, CMS of the Civil Hospital, stated that he had no information to that effect. He further explained that the driver arrived first, followed by a doctor. When Prateek was brought to the hospital, as his condition was not normal, there were no signs of movement in his body, and he was subsequently declared dead.
Akhilesh Yadav's family members have not yet reached Aparna Yadav's home. Akhilesh Yadav himself remains at his residence. Currently, Aparna's father and brother have arrived at the residence, and Aparna herself is on her way. Akhilesh Yadav is expected to arrive once the body is brought there; meanwhile, other relatives are also traveling to Lucknow from Etawah-Saifai.
Aparna Yadav's plane has landed in Lucknow, and she has departed for the postmortem house. Aparna is expected to reach KGMU shortly.
Dr. Ruchita Sharma, Joint Director of the Medical Department, states, "We have received news of Prateek Yadav's passing, and we are deeply saddened by this loss. He had been our patient for a long time. I had been treating him for quite some time for conditions such as high blood pressure and hypertension. Just a few days ago, he was admitted here after suffering a pulmonary embolism. This is a condition in which a blood clot travels into the arteries and lodges there. The blockage in his lungs had a severe impact on his cardiac function. A few days ago, he came here complaining of difficulty breathing; it was at that time that he was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism. A pulmonary embolism is, in itself, a serious condition that carries significant risks. He was already taking blood-thinning medications. He was fully aware of his health issues and took his blood pressure medication regularly."
Aparna Yadav, the wife of Prateek Yadav, was in Delhi. Upon receiving the news of her husband's demise, she immediately departed for Lucknow. According to current information, she is scheduled to arrive in Lucknow at 2:00 PM and will proceed directly to the postmortem house.
Samajwadi Party MLA Ravidas Mehrotra states, "Doubts are arising regarding Prateek Yadav's death. People are saying that there are injury marks on his body. An inquiry should be conducted by a retired judge. He had passed away en route before even reaching the hospital. Doctors say that death had occurred quite some time earlier. The postmortem report will reveal the facts. There must be an impartial investigation. The doctor mentioned that it is possible he was poisoned. The very reason for conducting a postmortem is that his death occurred under suspicious circumstances."
BJP MP Sakshi Maharaj has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Prateek Yadav. He stated that he is deeply pained and saddened by this news. Sakshi Maharaj remarked, “I have been deeply grieved upon hearing this news. I say this with great anguish, as I have shared a very close bond with this family. On April 30, Prateek Yadav was admitted to a private hospital in Lucknow in critical condition. Three days later, his condition showed some improvement, following which he returned home without informing his doctors. According to sources, Prateek Yadav was suffering from a severe lung ailment known as a pulmonary embolism. In this condition, a blood clot becomes lodged in the pulmonary arteries, obstructing blood circulation, a situation that can prove to be life-threatening.
