CBI has filed a closure report in the case related to the recruitment scam in PWD after not finding any evidence, which the court accepted and closed the case. Now Satyendra Jain has officially got a clean chit. AAP Convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that we were sent to jail by filing false cases against us. Saurabh Bhardwaj's sharp attack on BJP

Delhi State President Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the BJP and its LG had filed this case out of political revenge. He said that when the matter came to light in 2017, it was alleged that recruitment was done by tampering with the tender process. But now after 8 years, CBI has had to admit that no corruption took place.

Controversy arose over the recruitment of architects

Saurabh Bhardwaj clarified that architects were needed for Delhi government projects. For this, applications were invited through a public notice, and outsourcing was done through a company. This was neither a government job nor a scam. All recruitments were done on the basis of merit.

The CBI raid was also inconclusive

CBI raided Satyendra Jain's house in 2019, but despite hours of searching, they did not find any objectionable documents or evidence. No irregularities were found in the cupboard, bed, or documents.

What did the court say?

The court has said in its order that no misuse of power, no loss to the government treasury, no financial gain, and no criminal conspiracy have been found. Minor irregularities in the administrative process alone cannot be termed as corruption. The court made it clear that there is no basis on which the case can be taken forward.

AAP says that BJP wanted to stop development work in Delhi. Therefore, fake cases were filed against ministers, and experts associated with mohalla clinics and other projects were removed. Now the court's decision exposes the BJP's political conspiracy.
