National News: The situation between India and Pakistan remains extremely stressful after Operation Sindoor run by India in the Pahalgam terror attack and response. Although a ceasefire is currently on the Line of Control (LOC), the fire of military and diplomatic tension between the two countries is not cold.

Pakistan recently tried and failed to attack India with a missile attack on India, to which India gave a strong reply and made accurate attacks on 11 airbases of Pakistan.

India's attack on Murid Airbase, strong loss, confirms

The high-resolution satellite photos that have surfaced after these attacks confirm the huge loss at Pakistan's Murid airbase. The airbase is located in the Chakwal district of the Punjab province of Pakistan, which is just 150 km from Jammu and Kashmir.

According to a report, a 3-meter-wide pit is built at a distance of 30 meters in the attack. Apart from this, the structure adjacent to the UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) hangar has also suffered serious damage.

India distinguished Pakistan's safest campus

Murid Airbase is considered a highly safe military base of Pakistan, equipped with dual security walls, monitoring towers, and entry control.  According to Intel Lab intelligence analyst Damian Simon, India's attack took place in the part of this complex that is used for storage of operational shelters and special equipment.

According to Simon, "This place is also designed to bear bombing, but the Indian attack has also damaged it."

What showed in satellite photos?

  • The satellite imagery released by Damian Simon clearly shows the situation before and after the attack.
  • The airbase buildings look completely safe in the April 16 photos.
  • At the same time, a portion of the roof has fallen in the pictures of May 10, and the outer walls are seen damaged.
  • This makes it clear that Pakistan has suffered serious strategic and military damage in the Indian Air Force attacks.
