Insane! Karnataka man chops off teen fiancee’s head, flees with it; Reason behind it will shock you

The horrific incident happened after child protection authorities intervened and canceled the marriage as Meena was underage.

A heinous and human incident has been reported from Karnataka’s Medikeri where a 16-year-old girl was horrifically beheaded by a man she was set to marry this week. Soon after the authorities interfered in the scene and cancelled the marrige, the angry groom chopped off the girl’s head and fled with it from the scene. 

The incident happened after someone informed the child welfare department about the illegal wedding. The accused has been identified as 32-year-old Prakash who was set to marry Meena, who just cleared her class 10 exams. Soon after getting the information, the officials reached the spot and stopped the wedding as the girl was underage and the wedding could attract a case under the POCSO Act and Child Marriage Act.

After getting counseled by the authorities, the family agreed to postpone the wedding till Meena turns 18.

Hours later, Prakash attacked the victim’s parents dragged the girl about 100 meters away from the home, and beheaded her before fleeing.

The police have registered a case of murder under section 307 of IPC and relevant sections of the Protection of Children against sexual offenses act and have initiated the search operation.
