The man, identified as Haldar, was riding his Activa scooter when he lost balance and slipped due to the waterlogged road. During the fall, his phone slipped from his hand and disappeared into the water. He immediately began searching for it, hoping to find it in the muddy, rain-filled street.
Despite his desperate efforts, Haldar could not locate his phone. After searching for several minutes, he grew overwhelmed by the situation.
