National New: A major accident happened today in Delhi's Seelampur area. A four-storey building collapsed here. The collapse of the building caused chaos in the entire area. This building was built illegally in Janta Mazdoor Colony, which was built in 30-35 yards. It is being told that 3 people were rescued earlier. There is still a possibility of about 12 people being buried. According to eyewitnesses, several families were present in the building at the time of the accident.

According to the fire department, information about the collapse of the building was received in Seelampur area around 7 am today. After receiving information about the collapse of the building, fire brigade vehicles were dispatched to the spot.

The building was constructed illegally

As soon as the police got information about this accident, the police team also reached the spot. Police, fire department and NDRF teams are engaged in relief and rescue work. Local people are also helping in removing the debris. The work of removing people from the debris is being done rapidly. According to the local people, water was leaking behind the building. The foundation had become weak.

Area completely sealed

At present, the area has been completely sealed to avoid any hindrance in relief and rescue work. The police have started searching for the owner of the house. The administration has ordered an investigation into the matter. Let us tell you that yesterday there was an incident of building collapse in Azad Market area. In Azad Market area, a dilapidated building collapsed in the tunnel construction area for the Janakpuri West-RK Ashram Marg corridor of the Metro. One person lost his life in the accident.
