He also promised safe, clean, and well-maintained buildings in institutions, along with safe toilets for women.

What about participation of women?

Vijay spoke about ensuring 50 percent participation of women in the administration and law and order system. He described this as a major step towards social balance and empowerment.

What did Vijay say about hilly areas and South Tamil Nadu?

Vijay stated that industrial development would not be limited to the northern districts, but that new industrial sectors would also be developed in South Tamil Nadu. He also promised to provide state-of-the-art transportation and medical facilities in the hilly areas. He announced that government primary health centers equipped with maternity facilities would be established in hill villages.

What are schemes for workers and traditional communities?

There was talk of establishing welfare boards for auto, taxi, and truck drivers. He also assured that after listening to the problems of communities like fishermen, farmers, and weavers, he would amend the law to benefit them. Overall, Vijay has clarified the direction of his political career and has attempted to woo voters by focusing on security, education, health, and balanced regional development.
