This claim has come to light through a report by Balochistan Post. However, these claims could not be independently verified and the Pakistan government has not yet issued any official statement.
The organisation's spokesperson, Jiyand Baloch issued a statement saying that this action was taken by Majeed Brigade of BLA. The organisation has described this as part of its campaign and said that such campaigns will continue in future also.
Gwadar is considered a strategically important area of Pakistan. Here, work is going on on Gwadar Port and many big infrastructure projects with the cooperation of China. This is the reason why this area has been a centre of tension between security agencies and militant organisations for a long time.
Separatist activities have been going on in Balochistan for many years. The BLA and other armed organisations frequently target security forces, government targets, and large development projects. He says that the local people should have rights over the natural resources of the state.
At present, there has been no official confirmation from the Pakistan government or security agencies regarding the deaths or damage caused in the attack. Therefore, the BLA's claims could not be independently verified.
