Hapur (Uttar Pradesh): The atmosphere in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, has become tense following massive unrest and stone-pelting. Major chaos erupted in the Dhaulana area of ​​Hapur after stones were thrown during a procession honoring Maharana Pratap. Several people were injured in this incident, and one individual is reported to be in critical condition. Following the incident, which took place in Chadehra village, senior district officials have arrived at the scene. The area remains under heavy tension in the aftermath of the event. The police have arrested two individuals in connection with this matter. According to information provided by the police, the dispute initially began at a shop over the purchase of *gutkha* (chewing tobacco).

According to reports, a procession honoring Maharana Pratap was being carried out in Dehra village, located within the Dhaulana area of ​​Hapur district. During the procession, massive unrest broke out. In a sudden turn of events, people on both sides began pelting stones at one another. Several people sustained injuries during the incident, while a young man is reported to be in critical condition. Tension has escalated in the area following the event, and a heavy police force along with several senior officials are currently present at the scene.
