New Delhi: Now a new motorcycle has been launched in the Indian market. Harley-Davidson has launched the latest variant of its popular X440, X440T. The company has introduced this model with some changes and updated equipment, so that it can make its place even stronger in the 400 cc segment.
Harley developed the X440T basically as a sportier and feature-rich version of the X440.The design remains as solid and recognizable as before, but this time the new add-ons that have been given make it more comfortable and modern for touring than before. The company believes that this model will also appeal to riders who are looking for a reliable bike for both daily rides and weekend trips.
The X440T gets the same 440cc, single-cylinder engine that was much appreciated in the X440. The engine produces about 27 bhp power and 38 Newton meter torque. A six-speed gearbox is paired with it.
Due to additional equipment and accessories, the weight of the bike has increased slightly to 192 kg, but the company claims that whether it is city or highway, the performance will not be affected by this change.

Keeping these features in mind, it is clearly visible that the company has made every effort to keep it ahead of other bikes in its segment.
According to Kolja Rebstock, senior vice president, Harley-Davidson, the success of the X440 has created a strong base for the brand in India. The X440T has been designed keeping in mind the new generation of riders, to provide them with modern technology and sporty riding experience.
The starting ex-showroom price of X440T has been kept at Rs 2.79 lakh. It will compete with these bikes in the 400cc segment:
