Ramayana Advance Booking Report: Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, Sai Pallavi, and Ravi Dubey's film "Ramayana" is poised to take the box office by storm. The film is set to release tomorrow, November 5th, and tickets worth over ₹100 crore have already been sold in India. Globally, this figure has surpassed ₹150 crore.

"Ramayana" is receiving a strong response in advance bookings, but despite this, it lagged behind Ranveer Singh's "Dhurandar 2," which was released earlier this year. "Ramayana" is the biggest film ever made in Indian cinema in terms of budget. Therefore, expectations are high for this film to perform even better at the box office. Whether it lives up to expectations will be known only after its release, but for now, let's look at the statistics to understand how "Ramayana" lagged behind "Dhurandar 2."

Ramayan advance booking report

According to SacNilc, a total of 28.12 lakh tickets (including blocked seats) have been booked for ' Ramayana ' in India till 2 pm on November 4, through which the film has collected Rs 106.17 crore. This is the figure of tickets booked for the five days of its release (from November 5-9). The number of tickets booked for the first day of release is 10.80 lakh (including blocked seats), through which the earnings have been Rs 41.33 crore. However, Ranveer Singh's 'Dhurandhar 2' was far ahead of this.

How many crores were booked for 'Dhurandhar 2'?

Advance bookings for the first day of "Dhurandhar 2," including block-seating, sold tickets worth ₹62.43 crore. With just a few hours remaining for "Ramayana" to release, bookings are ongoing. Consequently, the advance earnings will likely rise further. This means that the first day's ticket bookings could reach anywhere from ₹41.33 crore to ₹50 crore, but it seems difficult to surpass "Dhurandhar 2."

While tickets worth ₹106.17 crore have been booked for "Ramayana" in India so far, tickets worth approximately ₹45 crore have been booked overseas. This means that ₹151 crore worth of tickets have been booked for "Ramayana" worldwide so far. Ranbir's film lags behind "Dhurandhar 2" not only in Day 1 but also in overall bookings, as even before its release, ₹200 crore worth of tickets were booked worldwide for "Dhurandhar 2" for its first weekend, which included ₹80 crore overseas.
