Following Trump’s oath, the Capitol One Arena erupted with cheers from his supporters, who stood up in unison, clapping and shouting. Many waved their MAGA hats, and the air was filled with chants of “USA.” The fervor was palpable as Trump’s supporters celebrated the momentous occasion, some visibly emotional.
After being sworn in, President Trump delivered a speech outlining his vision for the United States. He proclaimed, “America’s golden age is just beginning. From this day forward, our country will thrive again, and it will be respected worldwide. We will become the envy of every nation, and we will no longer allow ourselves to be taken advantage of.”
Trump emphasized that the nation was experiencing a wave of change, one that could benefit the United States like never before. He acknowledged the challenges ahead, but expressed confidence in the country's ability to overcome them. “The government is facing a crisis of trust, with a radical and corrupt establishment that has robbed power and wealth from our citizens for years,” Trump said.
