How to sleep better?

To have a better sleep, try sleeping and waking up at the same time. This will help your body clock stay regular. Another important thing is to limit screen time before bed as the blue light from phones and laptops suppresses your sleep hormone. Additionally, doing 30 minutes of physical exercise daily, avoiding nicotine and caffeine in the evening, and improving your sleeping environment can boost your sleep.
