A shocking tragedy struck Bahraich when a farmer brutally killed two teenagers with sharp weapons before setting himself, his wife, and two daughters on fire, leaving six dead in total.

National News: Bahraich After killing two teenagers in Nindoorpurwa village of Tepraha Gram Panchayat in the Ramgaon area, a young man locked himself and his family in a room and set it on fire. Six people died on the spot.Firefighters arrived after receiving information and brought the fire under control after a lot of effort. The entire area has been gripped by panic. Police from four police stations and two PAC companies have been dispatched. Inspector General Amit Pathak inspected the scene. Police are investigating the cause of the incident.

Teenagers Called For Farm Work

Ramgaon area, worked in agriculture and animal husbandry. It is reported that on Wednesday morning, he called 12-year-old Suraj Yadav, 13-year-old Shani Verma, and 15-year-old Kishan to his house to clean garlic.

Murder Triggered By Teenagers’ Refusal

After a while, he sent Kishan to the field to clear a branch. It is reported that after some time, the teenagers said they wanted to go home. Angered by this, Vijay murdered Suraj and Shani with a sharp weapon. He then locked his wife, six-year-old daughters Chhotki and eight-year-old Prerna in a room and set it on fire. When the villagers began to fear something untoward had happened after seeing the smoke, a large number of people gathered outside his house. By this time, the entire house was engulfed in flames.

Bodies Recovered From Locked Room

The police and fire department were informed. Police arrived at the scene and found the bodies of two teenagers lying in a pool of blood in the courtyard. After the firefighters had successfully brought the fire under control, they found the door to the room locked. When the police attempted to open the door with the help of villagers, it was locked from the inside.

Forensic Team Collects Crucial Evidence

After breaking down the door, the half-burnt bodies of Vijay, his wife, and two daughters were recovered from inside the room. Kishan said that if he hadn't gone to trim a tree branch, he too might have been killed. Since the incident, an atmosphere of terror has gripped the entire area. Upon receiving the information, DM Akshay Tripathi, SP RN Singh, SDM Sadar Pooja Chaudhary, ASP Rural DP Tiwari, CO DK Srivastava, Station House Officer Madanlal, and other police officers arrived at the scene. The forensic team collected evidence from the scene. Upon receiving the information, Devipatan Division IG Amit Pathak also left for the scene.
