New Delhi: The layers of the Red Fort blast are continuously opening up. Questions are being raised about the Madrasa of Faridabad being the hidden base of Jaish-e-Mohammed. The investigation into the car blast that took place near Delhi's Red Fort on November 10 has targeted an under-construction madrassa in Faridabad. The joint team of NIA and Delhi Police suspects that this underground structure was the secret headquarters of Jaish-e-Mohammed. Madrasa was being built on 200 yards of land, 2 km away from Al-Falah University, but its unusual design surprised everyone.
Was this structure the planning hub of the Delhi blast?
The foundation of the madrasa has been dug 10 feet below the ground. The madrasa has 5-foot-thick concrete walls, which indicate protection from bomb blasts or raids. There is a fan, mat, and seating area inside, which is giving evidence of regular use. According to reports, this does not seem to be a normal madrassa; it is a center for secret meetings or training. On December 24, NIA inspected the madrasa, university, and house of Dr. Muzammil Shakeel. Muzammil funded and is suspected to have links to Jaish.
What is Jaish's 'Doctors Network'?
The madrasa is registered in the name of Maulvi Ishtiaq, but the funding was being handled by Dr. Muzammil. Muzammil was the leader of the women's wing of Jaish-e-Mohammed and used to do radicalization through social media. 360 kg of explosives were recovered from his room. The madrassa was the hidden base of Jaish-e-Mohammed, and a link has been found with the Pakistani Army doctor. NIA released a list of 22 suspects, which also includes 12 doctors and 5 engineers.
The Faridabad raid on Muzammil on 24th December—what next?
On December 24, NIA took Muzammil to Faridabad with special security and searched the madrassa, university, and house. The inspection revealed Jaish-e-Mohammed's revenge plan for 'Operation Sindoor.' Financial transactions and call details were checked in the UAPA case. Will you get Muzammil to reveal more names?
Is this the maze of ISIS-Jaish?
So far 7 suspects have been arrested, including doctors, clerics, and businessmen. Four doctors had raised Rs 26 lakh from crypto. According to the transnational plan, Shaheen created a radicalization hub. The further roadmap of investigation is underway. A lookout notice has been issued. NIA has sought a Red Corner from Interpol to take action against absconders like Dr. Muzaffar. Was this module on the verge of destroying Delhi-NCR?
