New Delhi: The Supreme Court has sent shockwaves through political circles by stating that some winning candidates could still lose their seats if reservation in their constituencies exceeds the constitutional 50 percent limit. The order was issued by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi.
