Bhopal: As soon as Samarth Singh arrived at the court, the court premises were thrown into a commotion. The lawyer representing Twisha's family stated that a lookout notice had been issued against him and demanded the immediate summoning of the SIT (Special Investigation Team). During this exchange, the lawyer was seen vociferously presenting his arguments. Meanwhile, Samarth Singh's lawyer was also observed raising questions regarding the unfolding situation.
A major uproar erupted in the Twisha Sharma death case when news surfaced of Samarth Singh's arrival at the court. The Jabalpur District Court premises suddenly became a hive of activity, and the atmosphere grew tense. Upon Samarth Singh's arrival, a heated argument broke out between the lawyers representing both sides, creating a chaotic situation within the court complex.
Anurag Srivastava, the lawyer representing the victim's family, leveled serious allegations in court. He stated that the court had previously ordered Samarth Singh to surrender either before the trial court or the investigating officer. He noted that the trial court is located in Bhopal and that the SIT is involved in the investigation. Furthermore, he claimed that an order regarding the role of the CBI in the case had also been issued. The lawyer alleged that attempts were being made to shield Samarth Singh.
He argued that, being the son of a judge, Samarth Singh was being accorded special protection. He further asserted that there was no valid legal procedure for him to surrender at the Jabalpur Court, yet he had been brought there nonetheless. Lawyer Anurag Srivastava added that while he had received information that Samarth Singh had arrived to surrender, no formal surrender actually took place. He alleged that Samarth Singh had been seated in the dark inside the courtroom.

At that time, the judge was not present in the courtroom, and only three clerks were on duty. The lawyer questioned under what authority Samarth Singh was being detained there. He stated that when he raised this query, no one could provide an answer. He also claimed that the moment Samarth Singh spotted him, he fled the scene.
The lawyer alleged that, during this incident, he was physically manhandled, and attempts were made to forcibly remove him from the court premises. He added that he was even unaware of whether any police personnel were present at the scene at that time. Throughout this entire sequence of events, a state of chaos persisted within the court premises for a considerable period.
