Lucknow: Big changes may soon be seen in Uttar Pradesh BJP. New strategies are being prepared at many levels, from the party organization to the government. It is believed that after the West Bengal elections, BJP is now completely busy preparing for the 2027 assembly elections. Keeping this in mind, the efforts to change the state executive and cabinet have intensified.

According to party sources, necessary changes have been made in the list of the state executive on the instructions of the central leadership. Now it is believed that the new executive may be announced this week.

It is being said that after several rounds of meetings between Lucknow and Delhi, the final agreement on the names has been reached. Instructions to change some names were given by the central leadership, which have now been included.

What will happen after the state president returns?

BJP State President Pankaj Chaudhary is currently on Uzbekistan tour. Sources say that a new executive can be announced after his return by Wednesday. Pankaj Chaudhary was made the state president in December after a long process of state organization elections. After this, most of the district executives have been formed and now everyone's eyes are on the state team.

Is there going to be a major expansion in the UP cabinet?

After the formation of the State Executive, the discussion about cabinet expansion of Yogi government has also intensified. At present there are 54 ministers in the UP government, whereas according to the rules a total of 60 ministers can be made.

In such a situation, many new faces may get a place in the cabinet. At the same time, the stature of some existing ministers can also be increased.

Which leaders can get big responsibility?

Anup Pradhan Valmiki and Jitin Prasad, who were Ministers of State for Revenue, have left the post of ministers after becoming MPs. In such a situation, the entry of new faces in their place is considered certain.

Apart from this, there is talk of including some senior leaders including former state president Bhupendra Chaudhary in the cabinet.

Will the impact of West Bengal elections be seen in UP BJP?

BJP's performance in the recent West Bengal elections is also being considered as the basis for change in the organization and government. Leaders who play an important role in elections may get new responsibilities.

According to sources, the stature of Ministers of State NPS Rathore, Daya Shankar Mishra Dayalu, Dinesh Khatik and Sanjay Gangwar, who were active in the West Bengal elections, may increase. Apart from this, the state officials and MLAs who worked in Bengal elections are expected to get bigger responsibilities in the organization or government.
