Shoaib Malik, the ex-husband of former tennis star Sania Mirza, has once again made headlines following a recent revelation during an interview on the Pakistani chat show 'Life Green Hai' by actress Nawal Saeed. The interview sparked speculation as Nawal hinted at Pakistani cricketers, leaving many to question if she was referring to Shoaib. This came after Shoaib surprised everyone with the announcement of his marriage to actress Sana Javed on January 20, 2024, via a social media post.

During the interview with Aijaz Aslam and Nadia Khan, Nawal disclosed that she receives direct messages (DMs) from several cricketers, including those who are married or in relationships. Although asked about specific cricketers like Naseem Shah and Shoaib Malik, Nawal evaded direct answers and laughed off the inquiries.

Expressing her disapproval of cricketers reaching out to her via DMs, Nawal stated, “It's not something to appreciate. I believe cricketers should refrain from such actions. Cricketers and sportsmen are idolized more than actors by many people. So if people consider you to be significant, (you should not be doing that).”

When questioned about the content of the texts, Nawal declined to elaborate, leading to speculation on whether Shoaib had sent her "flirty" DMs.

Meanwhile, Shoaib celebrated his wife Sana Javed’s 31st birthday and shared affectionate photos on Instagram. However, these images drew negative reactions from some of Sania Mirza's fans, who criticized the couple in the comments section, calling them the "most hated couple in 2024."

Sania and Shoaib had tied the knot in Hyderabad in 2010, with their Walima ceremony held in Sialkot, Pakistan. They welcomed a son named Izhaan Mirza Malik in 2018. In January of the same year, Sania's team confirmed their separation and urged fans not to engage in speculation.
