Home Minister Amit Shah (ANI)
National News: In view of the increasing dangers on the borders of the country, Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah has given a clear message to the security agencies to work with vigilance and coordination. In the past, amidst the possibility of drone attacks and airstrikes from Pakistan, Amit Shah reviewed security preparations with heads of leading security agencies like BSF, CISF, and BCAC at a high-level meeting.
The recent firing and drone activities in the border areas adjacent to Pakistan have made India's security agencies alert. Especially in Poonch, in which many innocent civilians died, the government has forced the government to take strict steps. The Home Minister has instructed the BSF to bring people to safe targets in sensitive villages in time so that no attack will cause loss of life and property.
India's airports are also targeted by danger. Keeping this in mind, CISF and Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAC) have been placed on high alert. While the CISF sees the security of passengers and terminals, the BCAC takes the responsibility of overall security management of airports. Amit Shah instructed these agencies to closely monitor the suspicious activities and keep a strong coordination system ready for immediate action.
Not only the border and airport, but the security of large dams, rail bridges, and important roads in the interiors of the country is also included in the priority of the government. The Home Minister has issued a directive to all the states to review the security arrangements of these structures and increase the deployment of security forces if needed.
Earlier, Amit Shah has examined the security of Pakistan and Nepal border. Now that the efforts of gathering intelligence through drones and terrorist activities have intensified, the central government is working on a strategy to strictly respond to the zero tolerance policy.
India do not want to bear any danger anymore. Whether it is on the border, at the airport or at a bridge or station - the vigil is being increased on every front. Under the leadership of Amit Shah, the Ministry of Home Affairs is ready to deal with any situation with complete preparation. Every action of Pakistan is watching, and every answer will not only be suitable but also decisive.
