PM Modi's Mann Ki Baat: From AI Impact Summit To Exams; Know The Highlights Of Episode 131 (x)

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday during the 131st episode of Mann Ki Baat touched several issues, including, AI Impact Summit, digital arrest, exams, Maha Kumbh, T20 World Cup and remembered Kerala's Youngest Organ Donor.

What did PM Modi say about AI Summit?

While addressing the nation in the 131st episode of his weekly radio programme, 'Mann Ki Baat', PM Modi hailed the AI Impact Summit 2026 as "a turning point".

PM Modi also described two innovations that particularly impressed global leaders, first was Amul Booth and second was related to Indian culture.

"I showcased many innovations to world leaders... The first innovation was at the Amul booth. It was explained how AI is helping in treating animals and how, with the help of a 24/7 AI assistant, farmers are keeping track of their dairy operations and livestock," he said.

Sharing details about the second innovation that focused on the India's cultural heritage. 

"World leaders were surprised to know AI's use in preserving and adapting ancient scriptures, traditional wisdom, and manuscripts for today's generation, he said."

Did PM Modi appreciate Team India?

PM Modi also said that many players of Indian origin are bringing pride to the countries they represent and this is clearly visible in the T20 World Cup.

"The Canada team has the highest number of players of Indian origin. Team captain Dilpreet Bajwa was born in Gurdaspur, Punjab. Navneet Dhaliwal is from Chandigarh. This list includes many names like Harsh Thaker and Shreyas Movva, who are enhancing the pride of both Canada and India. Many faces in the USA team have come from India’s domestic cricket," he said.

"I often say that the one who plays, blooms sports unites us too. You must be watching the T20 World Cup matches these days. I am sure that while watching the match, you must be eyeing a particular player. The jersey may belong to another country, but on hearing their name, you realise that he is from our country. These moments give you a slight happiness because the player is of Indian origin and is playing for the country where his family is settled. They step onto the field wearing the jersey of their country and wholeheartedly represent that country. Canada's team has the highest number of Indian-origin players," PM Modi said.

"Canada's captain Dilpreet Bajwa was in Punjab's Gurdaspur, and Navneet Dhaliwal is from Chandigarh. This list includes many names like Harsh Thaker and Shreyas Movva, who are making India and Canada proud. America's team has many players from Bharat's domestic cricket. American captain Monank Patel has played for Gujarat's under-16 and under 18 teams, Mumbai's Saurabh, Harmeet Singh and Delhi's Milind Kumar are all prides of the American team. Many players who have played in different states of Bharat are now part of Oman's team. Jatinder Singh, Vinayak Shukla, Karan, Jai and Ashish are strong players of the Oman cricket team.

Did PM Modi talk about exams?

PM Modi on his 131st episode of Mann Ki Baat recalled 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' episode broadcasted earlier this month amid the exam season. 

"I hope you watched 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' earlier this month and learned something from it. You are exam warriors. I'm sure you're all wholeheartedly preparing for your exams," he said.

What about Maha Kumbh?

PM Modi in the episode hailed the 2025 Prayagraj Maha Kumbh as a "mahayagna" of unity and a milestone for a "rising India".

"You surely remember the amazing images of the Maha Kumbh around this time last year. The sea of ​​humanity surging on the banks of the Sangam, the immense flow of faith, and in that sacred moment of bathing, it seemed as if India was ‘in communion’ with its ‘Sanatan Chetana'... Did PM Modi talk about digital safety?

While raising awareness on digital safety, the Prime Minister, cited the issue of digital fraud despite increased awareness from previous campaigns. 

He also reminded people about the KYC (Know Your Customer) process and urged citizens to remain cautious while using digital platforms.

"In 'Mann Ki Baat', I have spoken to you at length about Digital Arrest. After this, a lot of awareness was generated in our society regarding Digital Arrest and Digital Fraud, but still, such incidents are happening... You all must be familiar with the process of KYC – Know Your Customer," he said.

Who is Aalin Sherin Abraham?

PM Narendra Modi also remembered Aalin Sherin Abraham, a 10-month-old girl from Kerala, who became the youngest organ donor in the state after her parents chose to donate her organs after she passed away.

“There is no greater sorrow for any parent than losing one’s own child. The pain of losing a very young child is deeper. Just a few days ago, we lost Aalin Sherin Abraham, a little innocent girl from Kerala," he said.

“Awareness regarding organ donation is increasing… Medical research is also getting a boost… There are many people like Aalin who has given another life to someone by organ donation," he added.
